Reasons Istanbul Florist is safe? Security Policy:

As this is known to be the best in Internet security technology, it encrypts all your personal information and credit card numbers so it is unreadable as it travels over the Internet.  Istanbul Florist works with one of the leading and internationally known banks of Turkey – AKBANK – and when you place an order the order form comes to us but the details of your credit card go only to the bank.

We will not disclose any information we collect to any 3rd party. It will only be used by our company and those involved in processing your transaction, to make your shopping experience better. Even the recipient will not know who sends the flowers, unless you request so.

We take pride in providing a high level of customer satisfaction. We will inform our clients of the status of their order or orders. You will receive an auto reply followed by an e-flower to thank you for choosing Istanbul Florist, sent by the “On-Line Orders Manager” personally and we may contact you by telephone as needed, so it is important to let us know your phone number including country code where we can actually call you. Our shopping cart is secured through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and NP-CRY802.

B. DELIVERY SERVICES

Delivery Charge :

Istanbul Florist does not charge any additional delivery charges to all cities and main touristical points and sea-side resorts of Turkey. You only pay the price you see for the item you select. However, in some cases, when a delivery to a remote rural area (where the closest florist is at least 40 kms away) is requested, then an additional delivery charge may be requested from the customer prior to the delivery of the flower. If the customer does not wish to pay an additional cost, then the amount paid through his credit card will be returned to his credit card immediately.

Delivery Times:

Flowers can be delivered at any time from 09:00 to 20.30 hrs. everyday including Sundays and Public Holidays. The earliest delivery time is 6 hours after the receipt of the order. If an urgent delivery is requested, flowers can be delivered within 2 hours, with no additional charges, if the customer telephones the shop and asks for an urgent delivery (except to remote rural areas).

Peak Floral Delivery Times

For peak floral deliveries such as Valentines day, Mother's day and Christmas week, we recommend that all orders are placed two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
